Altra's Torin 5 mesh running sneakers are designed to help you maximize your performance on race day. These sneakers are made with breathable mesh uppers and a lace-up construction, featuring colorblocked details and extra collar padding for added comfort. The foam cushioned footbed provides support and cushioning for a comfortable running experience.

The Altra Torin 5 running shoes have been revamped and are now lighter than ever. These road running shoes have a premium midsole and outsole that deliver a lightweight and responsive ride. The predecessor of the Torin 5 is the Torin 4.5, with a stack height of 28mm.

These shoes are designed for neutral runners whose foot-strike will roll slightly outward, then slightly inward, and then slightly outward. The high, balanced cushioning places the heel and forefoot at equal distance from the ground to promote proper, low-impact form throughout the run. The Altra EGO™ dual-nature midsole compound is responsive yet soft, providing increased energy return.

The new FootShape™ toe box allows your toes to relax and spread naturally for enhanced comfort and stability during uphill climbs and downhill descents. The updated knit upper is ultra-breathable and provides all-day comfort, while the lightly padded tongue and collar offer additional support.

These shoes feature flat laces for a traditional lace-up closure, a 5mm Premium PU Sculpted Footbed for enhanced cushioning and support, and InnerFlex™ midsole with grid-like grooves for added flexibility. The FootPod™ outsole technology maps the bones and tendons of your foot, allowing for natural movement.
